If you don't want to receive calls for the ads you are posting or you don't want to be contacted via messages.
You can limit the options to be contacted with when you place an ad by choosing whether you want to be contacted by messages only, phone calls only or both.
Note that when you block one of the contacting channels you are more likely to get less attention to your ad as opening up all the channels.
