OLX does not bear in any way the responsibility towards the sellers or buyers in connection with the delivery service and/or any loss, injury and/or damage that occurs for the items while they are in the custody, possession or control of the shipping company or those resulting from the performance of the shipping company or its failure to perform transportation services. The shipping company shall be held liable without any liability whatsoever on OLX.
Wakilni does not handle prohibited or illegal items. It is the sole responsibility of the sender to ensure that items being sent do not contain any prohibited or illegal items.
