The following guide is a walkthrough of OLX ProTool.
OLX ProTool is a dashboard that enables online businesses to use OLX Classifieds in an organized manner, with faster actions and a better overview.
OLX ProTool has multiple types of uses:
Bulk Activation
Agency Owner
Agency Agent
Dashboard Insights
The ProTool will only be available to Agency Owners to aid in the management of Agency Agents and their business's assets via the following pages:

Packages
Agency Agents have not been changed, who are our online users.
Agency Owner is a user associated with an agency who owns all of the Ads posted by this agency.
Agency Owners are the only users who have access to the OLX ProTool.
Agency Agents are users who work for an agency; they do not own the assets they manage on OLX ProTool and are unable to purchase Online Packages or utilize the Agency's OLX Wallet. They only receive package credits as assigned by the Agency Owner.

Dashboard
- The Dashboard will show all the cumulative insights of all currently Active ads on Dubizzle ProTool.
- The activity log will display the most recent activities taken by Agency Agents; clicking on an action will take you directly to the ad associated with that action.
Ads
The Agency Ads view page shows all the Ads owned by the agency. Every page contains up to 10 Ads.
Data columns consist of:
- Ad Title
- Category
- Current Status
- Assigned Agent (Not Assigned means that this ad is only managed by the Agency Owner)
- Create Date
- Expiry Date
Clicking on the Ad Title will open the Ad’s detailed page in OLX ProTool.
An eye icon will open the Detailed Page of the Ad on the OLX ProTool.
Additional Agency Owner actions include:
- Apply Products (Featured or Bump-up)
- Bulk Activate Ads
- Bulk Republish Ads
- Bulk Deactivate Ads
- Change Assigned Agent
- Additional Ad Filters
Detailed Ad View will contain 4 sections:
- Overview
- Ad Data
- Agent Details
- Chats
Agents
Dashboard showing all the agents in the agency with the following data:
- Agent Name
- Agent ID
- Phone Number
- Total Number of Assigned Ads
- Total Number of Active Ads
From the More Actions page, the Agency Owner will be able to alter ownership of all Ads allocated to a certain Agent.
Agency Owners will also be able to delete an agent if they no longer need them in their agency.
Accessing the agent details can be done by clicking on the agent name, which will reveal three tabs:
- Agent Data
- Agent Ads
- Used Quota
Currently, agent details are view-only.
General Actions will allow the agency owner to set a quota for the agent to utilize on the OLX ProTool.
